[vfio-users] New Skylake processors - i3 with vt-d ?

I've seen the new skylake specifications and noticed the new i3s support
vt-d spec...

Are there any quirks on using that? Honestly, I don't plan to do gpu
passthrough
but mainly pci-controller(m1015 pci card) and dvb-s2 pci card passthrough.

I would rather replace my old i5 3330 on my server with something with
lower TDP
