IME, Quadro cards only work as secondary GPUs and only K-series, 2000 model
or higher are supported by NVIDIA for GPU assignment (M-series may work
too).  Low-end Quadros are a black hole that are neither officially
supported by NVIDIA nor do they typically work with the GeForce quirks.
