[vfio-users] AMD FirePro passthrough

Today I got V4800, but I have no screen when boot up with V4800 mounted
into VM.

I'm using X79 to test and the host GPU is HD5450, and OS is Fedora 22 /w
4.2.3 kernel.
I think I got VGA arbiter problem when both of then putting together.

I'll try GTX480 as host GPU and see what will happen.
