[vfio-users] cpu core pinning with multiple cpus

I tested performance is these days, and I noticed one thing.

I'm using 4820K, and I use about 6 threads for Win10 VM.
I got a better performance if I set CPU topology as socket=1,core=6,
thread=1.
It will got low performance if I set topology as socket=1, core=3, thread=2.

As 3DMark result, the front one got 106xx score, but the back one only got
99xx.
