[vfio-users] Cannot fix Error 43 for GTX 680 passed through to win 10 guest

it seems to be the sound chip. Haven't thought of that as a problem 
since everything worked fine for the vm to which i just passed the sound 
card (as a mediastation for spotify as a test).

without it it works again when using the card as a GTX 680. still error 
43 when trying to use it as secondary card as k5000/grid k2.

for sound i passed through a usb sound card but get strange background 
noise.

also performance of the card is about 25% of the performance when 
running windows natively, but that might be due to the rather old 
drivers (335.23). will slowly update the drivers and see what happens.
