[vfio-users] Problem with enable interrupt remapping

Hi everyone,

I am having a problem when enable interrupt remapping. The dmesg in kernel
4.x said:

[Firmware Bug]: ioapic 8 has no mapping iommu, interrupt remapping will be
disabled

With kernel 3.x, there is no message but when start VM with vfio
passthrough, it will still fail.
