[vfio-users] How to choose a compatible motherboard?

​Ok, so you have an Ivy Bridge E and it's also in that High End Desktop
Processor group, seems to be a trend.  So maybe we do have a real
alternative to Xeon E5.  Keep the reports coming, pastebin lspci and iommu
groups so others can know what to expect.  Thanks.
