[vfio-users] VFIO PCI-E redirection hardlock

AMD FM2 platform is broken as hell: i have F2A55 and it took me a year to
figure out all the workarounds.
So, try using OVMF, without hugepages and VGA.
It works for me, i can share my configuration with you once i get to the
machine.
