I take it you're looking at the "Relevant Data" tab. To understand this,
you have to dig into the formulae.

To boil it down into a sentence, the count column (F) counts the number of
times a manufacturer (E) is listed as the manufacturer of a working
motherboard.

Do not read whole rows across on this tab.
