Yes, please note that virt-manager is simply a GUI client for libvirt.
It's a separate package and a separate project upstream.  libvirt itself
only ships with a CLI interface, virsh.  You can start, stop, kill VMs all
with the commandline and also hot attach and detach devices.  So, if you're
a commandline fanatic, libvirt has you covered.
