[vfio-users] Arch user following http://vfio.blogspot.com instructions [please help]

I'm aware of the wiki and the other site.  Neither of them review this
issue at the .moment.  The person rewriting the wiki doesnt have experience
w the two identical gpu issue so im hoping to solve this and provide the
solution that worked.
