[vfio-users] Fedora 23 ACS Patch

If you have the same kernel you can use the one there :
https://github.com/zman0900/linux-vfio-aur

Otherwise you don't really need c competences. All you have to do is use a
text editor to apply the modifications manually, it is really simple even
if you don't know how to code.
