[vfio-users] BSOD when installing drivers for R9 290

Hello,

i am running 2x R9 290 and had the same problem on Win8.1 and Win10. Newer
driver than the Omega (14.12 was it?) BSOD during installation.
My solution was to add the cards via ioh3420 (name "ioh3420", bus PCI, desc
"Intel IOH device id 3420 PCIE Root Port").
But i am using qemu directly with commands:
   -device
ioh3420,bus=pcie.0,addr=1c.0,multifunction=on,port=1,chassis=1,id=root.1 \
   -device vfio-pci,host=01:00.0,bus=root.1,addr=00.0 \
   -device
ioh3420,bus=pcie.0,addr=1d.0,multifunction=on,port=2,chassis=2,id=root.2 \
   -device vfio-pci,host=02:00.0,bus=root.2,addr=00.0 \

Hope this helps.
