[vfio-users] What to put in virt-manager so GeForce Experience will "Optimize" my CPU?

I've read this before about ignoring MSRs. Why's that? Supposedly Just
Cause 3 will also throw MSRs that would stop KVM, from what I've read
elsewhere. Doesn't appear to happen over here, though. I do not have
ignore_msrs set. However I have all Hyper-V enlightenments enabled that
QEMU 2.5 and Linux 4.4 support, maybe that changes the behaviour of the
guest system? I read frequently that you need to disable this with NVidia
for the Code 43 business, but in my case, the driver just shrugs it off
apparently.
