[vfio-users] Nvidia glitches on Windows 10 guest

I forgot to explain something which is maybe important for my issue.

I have this problem ONLY when i use both NVIDIA cards. My 960 card is for
Linux and the 970 for Win10 Guest.
If i use only the 970 for the Guest and the IGP Intel for the Host (and
disable the 960), i can allocate without problem more than 4GB RAM to the
Guest.
