[vfio-users] Patching qemu from fedora-virt-preview repo ?

Hum guys, i thought the patch was suppose to work by pressing both ctrl
keys on the keyboard, did i miss something?
I patched the src rpm, reinstalled everything, modify my xml for the qemu
commands but i cannot swap inputs.
