[vfio-users] Use primary gpu for passthrough (i915)

Hi,

when starting the VM via virt-manager, monitor blanks out and loses 
sync. "top" shows usage of 100% for the VM. Configurations are:

options i915 enable_hd_vgaarb=1
options vfio-pci ids=8086:0152

### kernel version:

Is it even possible with a Optiplex 7010?
