[vfio-users] Hardware recommendation?

One thing to watch out for with supermicro, they sometimes do interesting
things with PCIe switch to expand slots more than competing products.
That's great, but spec out the switches they use to make sure they support
ACS and won't be causing isolation issues for this application.
