Kudos to Gigabyte!

So we now have:

 100: 01 00 01 14

0x14010001 = ID 0x0001 (AER), version 0x1, next 0x140

140: 0d 00 01 22

0x2201000d = ID 0x000d (ACS), version 0x1, next 0x220

220: 19 00 01 00

0x00010019 = ID 0x0019 (Secondary PCIe), version 0x1, next 0x0

So they've just added ACS into the chain, perfect.  Thanks,
