[vfio-users] libvirt-3.0.0 from libvirt-2.4.0 breaks Windows VMs

Ah, thanks, missed that one, and that explains the CAELinux VM working,
the two WIndows VMs use LVM, whereas the CAE one does not.  Good to see
it was reported.
