[vfio-users] VGA Passthrough fails without NoSnoop patch

What's the host kernel?  The NoSnoop patch was deprecated in favor of a
host kernel solution that enables an interaction between vfio and KVM.
That went into the v3.15 kernel, I think.  Otherwise, I guess it's possible
that your iommu reports that it supports snoop control in the iommu but
it's broken or doesn't work for some reason.  What does this report?
