[vfio-users] Infiniband card shares iommu group with pci bridge

I detached all virtual functions, and also I detached device 00:01.0.

The 00:01.0 didn't change the driver though, although virsh says "Device 
pci_0000_00_01_0 detached". And still I get the same "group 1 is not 
viable".
