[vfio-users] Code 43 when using Quadro K420 on another system.

Hi Eddie,

Sorry, I just noticed I wrote 'comment out' but I meant to say comment
them. So no GRUB_GFXMODE should be enabled.

That works for me with a RX480, but maybe your K420 behaves different..
