That seems to be about keyboard lag, which isn't what I'm seeing. Keys
respond immediately, but holding down a key will eventually fill an
input buffer because the guest isn't emptying it fast enough. At least
that's my impression.

However I'll try the registry trick mentioned above to see if it makes
a difference.
