[vfio-users] Spectre, meltdown what's the performance implication for vga-passthrough gaming setups?

I haven't tested how much things have changed as I have not had access
to my system during these holidays, however I'd suggest to wait before
considering to switch to another platform; while meltdown affects Intel
specifically other vulnerabilities of the same family affects pretty
much all known CPUs and AMD might not be a good choice. I'd expect more
to come out now that researchers' attention is on this subject.
