[vfio-users] Low power graphics card that plays nice with vfio?

I am looking for a low power fanless/low price graphics card that can be 
assigned to a VM without trouble.

I am also wondering as to if there are any normal graphics cards with 
FLR (normal as in not the ones intended for RDP that have only a single 
display connector)
