Set "options kvm ignore_msrs=1" to /etc/modprobe.d/kvm.conf allows to
launch correctly to the Win10 1803 iso.

PS : No news about my others bug report on dri-devel about the rx580 which
does not reset after shutdown/reboot a Linux VM ?
