[vfio-users] Is Intel gvt-d the same thing as IGD passthrough UPT mode?

Universal Pass-Through (UPT) mode set IGD as secondary VGA device in the
guest, and in Intel gvt-d guide, the IGD device also can not not use
00:02.0 address, are they both the same thing?
