[virt-tools-list] how to define an existing domU

[Aclhk Aclhk]

platform:
centos 5.3, 2.6.18-128.7.1.el5xen, 
Compiled against library: libvir 0.3.3
Using library: libvir 0.3.3
Using API: Xen 3.0.1
Running hypervisor: Xen 3.4.0

i migrated a domU offline as below:

cp domU config to /etc/xen/domu
dd if=domu.img of=/dev/vg/domu bs=32M
xm createt domu
xm list (domu was created and running)
xm shutdown domu

[root at localhost xen]# virt-clone -o domu -n domu1 -f /dev/vg/domu1
ERROR:  Domain domu is not found

pls kindly advise.
