[virt-tools-list] Could you please tell me why I cannot use the command "virsh connect"

May be there missed some supported package in my system or the version of
my virsh is old?

ibm99b3775:/var/lib/kvm/images/windowsvista # virsh list

ibm99b3775:/var/lib/kvm/images/windowsvista # virsh connect candy
