libguestfs 1.11.9 is the newest version.  It also requires the latest
febootstrap (3.6).  Downloads are here:

There are binaries for Ubuntu of 1.11.8 here (although these binaries
are highly unlikely to work with Ubuntu 10.04):

We don't have an active Ubuntu maintainer (unlike Fedora and RHEL), so
everyone is building it for themselves on Ubuntu, which is resulting
in a lot of duplicated effort.
