[virt-tools-list] [libosinfo PATCHv2] add datamap support

Hey,

Here is a v2 of my datamap patches which addresses the review comments.
I've also moved the new symbols to a new section in libosinfo.syms as there
has been a release since the initial posting

Changes since v1:
- rename osinfo_install_script_get_config_paramlist to
  osinfo_install_script_get_config_params
- fix wrong API doc mentioning g_list_free
- add comments in patch 7 about 'name' and 'id' being assumed to be the
  same in some functions
