[virt-tools-list] Why i cannot select the local ISO file during create a VM?

I don't know why, but now i can connect to localhost(QEMU). what i did
including chmod 777 libvirt dir and openvswitch dir. And ifconfig br0 up.
And restart the machine. Thanks
