[virt-tools-list] [RFC PATCH 0/6] basic libosinfo support for virt-manager

this series adds basic support for libosinfo to virt-manager.

The goal here is to reach parity with the current version of virt-manager.
In facts, the "virtinstall: add some quirks" patch forces some values
to remain unchanged after this series.
