[virt-tools-list] [PATCH 0/2] Change versioning scheme to help Windows builds

In RHEL we're hitting a problem with our versioning scheme
when doing our so-called "z-stream" builds. Basically the
problem is that Windows versions are limited to 3 components
all under 255.255.65536, but with RHEL RPM versions we've
got either 4 or 5 components to squash in. We're already
munging 2 components into the 3rd part of the Windows version
and cannot practically munge in a 3rd. So this series changes
us to use 2-component version numbers, leaving more space for
buildid numbers. See the 2nd patch for full details.
