[virt-tools-list] [PATCH] virt-manager: disable HYPER-V on Windows 2008 R2 and Win7 SP1 with UEFI

Windows 2008 R2 or Win7 SP1 guests do not work when UEFI and HYPER-V,
so just disable HYPER-V.
