[virt-tools-list] libvirtlight fails in booting DomU

That message is likely coming from libvirt, so not anything specific to
virt-manager. Maybe a xen depedency is missing or a service isn't started?

Either way it's either a question for libvirt-list, or file a bug with your
host distro
