[virt-tools-list] virt-viewer lacks any means to disable auto usb redirection client side

please see virt-viewer --help-spice there are 3 options related to usb

 This filter specifies which USB devices should be automatically redirected when
they are plugged in during the lifetime of a SPICE session.
 A rule has the form of: "class,vendor,product,version,allow"
 -1 can be used instead of class, vendor, product or version in order to accept
any value. Several rules can be concatenated with '|': "rule1|rule2|rule3"

Using the filter you should be able to block auto usb redirection.
