Before this new qemu check, it was possible to setup a VM with virtmanager&libvirt with spice port listening on TCP (although it would result in black screen when connecting there). But virt-manager/vv would connect through libvirt, and thus virgl was working locally. Now it's no longer possible to start that VM anymore. Disabling all listening with libvirt/virt-manager is what this thread is about, so we can setup and start the VM again.
