According to your suggestion:

$ /usr/bin/virt-manager LANG=en-US

I tried this:

$ /usr/bin/virt-manager LANG=en_US.utf8

That's run but I have this message:
(process:23654): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
     Using the fallback 'C' locale.

I don't use gnome but xfce4
