[virt-tools-list] vm donst start after move from other server

hi,
from an remote server i copied an vm and try to fire it up on our local 
servers.
remote server was intel xeon, local is  intel i7.
yes, i did clear cpu settings via "virt-manager"
yes, i compiled on the i7 the kernel new for the vm with march=native

any ideas what causes this error?
