Hmmm, Not sure about moving the function to this file, while you could
keep things as they currently are and simply surround the
g_strv_contains() call like the following:


G_GNUC_BEGIN_IGNORE_DEPRECATIONS
  ... g_strv_contains();
G_GNUC_END_IGNORE_DEPRECATIONS
