The WITH_XENSTORE changes are bug fixes and should be in a separate patch. I can
work on that.

The WITH_XENSTORE logic looks bogus to me in several places, but that is no
fault of yours and should be fixed in a separate patch. I wont burden you with
that and will work on a patch later today.
