[Virtio-fs] Tracking todos with GitLab Issues

Hi,
I have added todos to GitLab:

This includes future features like live migration, inotify, testing
SELinux, and testing Kata Containers volumes.

Feel free to add long-term todos or discuss how to implement features
you are interested in.
