[Virtio-fs] [edk2 PATCH 09/48] OvmfPkg/VirtioFsDxe: implement the wrapper function for FUSE_OPENDIR

Add the VirtioFsFuseOpenDir() function, for sending the FUSE_OPENDIR
command to the Virtio Filesystem device.
