kernel-XXX.src.rpm - this is the actual source RPM that Red Hat build all
the kernel (binary) RPMs from. Yes, it contains the actual kernel source.
:-)

kernel-source-XXX.i386.rpm - this is a (non-source) RPM that, when
installed, populates /usr/src/linux... on an installed system with
the kernel source.

Does this make sense? They both contain kernel source - its just that
they are useful in different ways.
