When you use the command line to create a new project, the zanata project
create command should also create the zanata.xml file, and give you a choice of
where you want to put it.

You could give users the choice of where they want the zanata.xml file to
reside as well.

For example, if the user was not executing the command in the SVN book repo
they want to import, they could initially specify the path that the file should
be saved into.

If they wanted the file to be saved into the pwd, they could press Enter and
the file would be saved there by default.

Doing this from the command line would mean you wouldn't have to go to the web
console and save the file using the GUI.
