Can't reproduce.

I've been trying to import the candlepin project into my local Zanata (1.5)
with zanata po push and zanata push, and I get:

Pushing the content of
/NotBackedUp/sflaniga/src/katello/candlepin/proxy/po/keys.pot to server:
error: This operation is not authorized, please check username and apikey

(This is with an ordinary user, not admin, which has the translator role but is
not project maintainer.)

NB: Project maintainers *should* have the ability to push for all languages in
tht project.
