Sample config for jboss-as

If you apply this patch to the jboss-as repo
  https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as 

to enable the zanata-maven-plugin, and run "mvn install -DskipTests" to
generate the English properties files, you should be able to use "mvn
zanata:push" and "mvn zanata:pull".

However, I did a test run myself, and all the uploaded documents are empty. 
I'm investigating.
