Description of problem:
When editing an entry with Google Chrome or Chromium, pressing PgUp and PgDn
multiple times may cause the table get scrolled up, which affect the usability.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Zanata version 1.7.1-SNAPSHOT (20120724-0013)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit a long document with Google Chrome
2. Scroll down and click on a entry near the bottom of the page.
3. Press PgUp and PgDn a few times.

Actual results:
Table of translation is scrolled up. See the attached screenshot for details.

Expected results:
Table of translation remain in the position.

Additional info:
Firefox does not have such problem.
